These projects were located in 173+ JCP stores in the Northwest region of the United States. Contributions to project as Project Architect included: Working closely with two peers on our in-house management team to reprogram department location to new concept within each store, rearrange sections within the Home department and provide a fixture layout for roll-out of the new Home department. Travel was made to JCP headquarters to receive and understand new concepts and designs to be implemented. Coordination was made on a daily basis with JCP to ensure project quality. At times, a dozen or more interns were overseen in-house and their work reviewed and coordinated to complete projects. Joe Fresh shops were added to project scope.
